VBMaintenanceSwitchboard:
The switchboard Loads student information in the forms and provide following functionalities:

VBSwitchBoard:
• Enter password – Password verification – button named Maintainence switchboard and upon succesfull atempt user is redirected to another switchboard VBMaintenanceSwitchboard

StudentMaintenanceInternshipSubform (SubForm):
Used as a subform for VBMaintenanceSwitchboard form. The subform displays intership details for every student. The functionalities provided by this form includes:
• Print
• Delete

SingleInternshipAndAgency (Report):
Report is opened via StudentMaintenanceInternshipSubform and is used to print intership details.

SingleStudentAndInternships (Report):
Report is opened via VBMaintenanceSwitchboard and is used to print student info alogn with their Internship(s) detail.

Part 3:

1.
In the table named Internship (that has already been created), fill in the table using anything we want. It looks like you started this, just need to complete all fields.
2.
Create a Student Internship table with the following fields:
SSN , Internship ID, Year, Term
SSN is social security number.
Year is 1999,2000,2001,2002,2003, etc…..
Term is Fall, Spring, Summer.
So, you just have to modify your existing table it looks like.
3.
This query will more or less connect the needed tables:
SELECT SSN, Internship.InternshipID, Year, Term, Agency Name, Title, Description of Duties
FROM Student Internship, Internship, Agency
WHERE StudentInternship.InternshipID = Internship.InternshipID AND Internship.Agency = Agency.AgencyID

Change Password to DA261 on VB Switchboard
5.
Any other clean-up of forms, etc. Making it look uniform and “pretty” / “professional”.
